Kim helps organisers get the most out of the platform, from onboarding and edition setup to registration best practices and participant experience.

Scott – Key Accounts Manager (UK & International)

Scott specialises in complex event configurations and troubleshooting challenging setup scenarios.

Matt – Head of Sales (UK & International)

With over 7 years at njuko, Matt supports organisers from onboarding through to post-event follow-up and strategic event planning.

Sonja – Customer Success & Sales (Eastern Europe & International)

Sonja supports organisers with onboarding, setup guidance, and day-to-day platform questions across international events.

Olivier – Head of Sales (France)

Olivier works closely with French organisers to help structure and scale their event registration projects.

Robin – Key Accounts Manager (France)

Robin supports organisers with event configuration, troubleshooting, and operational best practices.

Rachel – Customer Success Manager (France)

Rachel helps organisers build and manage their editions while ensuring a smooth registration experience for participants.

Greg – Customer Success Manager (France)

Greg supports clients with onboarding, configuration advice, and participant management workflows.

From new features and integrations to platform stability and performance, the development team works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
