How to show form questions only for specific groups

You can display certain questions only for participants belonging to specific groups. This is useful when different groups require different information.

⚠️ Important
The group you want to use in the condition must already exist.
If you configure this while your edition is in draft, all groups will be deleted when you make the edition live. You will need to:

• Recreate the group once the edition is live

• Recreate the conditional logic afterwards

Configure a field visible only for specific groups

1. Go to Setup → Forms

2. Edit the form containing the field

3. Edit the field you want to restrict

4. Open the Conditional logic tab

5. Click Create a condition

   Configure the condition as follows:

   • Where do you want to draw your condition from? → Group

   • Operator → Equal

   • Select:

     • All groups, or

     • One or several groups

   If selecting one or several groups:

   • Enter the name of the group(s)

6. Click Add this condition

7. Click Save

The field will now only appear for participants belonging to the selected group(s).
