Can I add my T&Cs into a form?
You can of course choose to add your T&Cs and Privacy Policy directly into your form, instead of using one of the waiver modules.
To do so, we recommend adding two fields:

a content field with a link to your T&Cs and Privacy Policy

a required radio button field where your participants will need to confirm they have accepted the T&Cs and Privacy Policy
